Youth Ministry Director Job Description
The Youth Ministry Director is responsible to the Pastor for planning, conducting and evaluating a comprehensive Bible based ministry, which focuses on spiritual growth of youth, 6th through 12th grade, at First Baptist Church. In addition, the director will work with the Youth Committee, which serves in an advisory capacity.
