BK’S KORNER

The altar. The altar is there for you. For you to come to when you need to pray. You can pray with a friend or by yourself. You can seek the Lord there. “Seek Him while he may be found.” You can come to me, I would love to pray for you. 

Psalm 43:4 says, “then I will go to the altar of God,
         To God of my exceeding joy;
         And on the harp I will praise you,
         O God, my God.”

The altar is one place we can go to meet the Lord. Yes, you can meet the Lord anywhere, but do we really? Sometimes we do. The altar is another place where we can meet God. So take advantage of it. Go to the altar. God is there. Meet Him there.

Please pray for Billy & Pam, Cody & Sara. Billy and Pam need our prayers because they are out front. You see them. Their Ministry is visible. They are doing a fantastic job leading our worship. Cody & Sara are not quite as visible. However, their job is just as important. It is more difficult, but just as important. They too are doing a wonderful job.

Remember to pray. Join me as we pray for this to be the year. Let this be the year God pours out His blessing on us. He allows us to experience Renewal and Revival.

This is our year.

Pray for our church.
Pray for our Community.
Pray.
