YOUTH MINISTER UPDATE
This past Sunday, Pastor Keith led us through a powerful passage in Revelation 19:1–19—a scene filled with both celebration and certainty. At the center of it all is the marriage supper of the Lamb, a beautiful picture of Christ’s union with His Church. Heaven erupts in praise, not just because evil has been judged, but because the long-awaited moment has come: the Bride is ready, and the King is receiving His people.
It’s a reminder that our faith is not aimless or uncertain. History is moving toward a definite, glorious conclusion. There is a day coming when every believer will stand in the presence of Christ, clothed in His righteousness, sharing in that great celebration. That promise alone should stir both joy and perseverance in our daily lives.
But the passage doesn’t stop with the supper—it moves quickly to the return of Christ in victory. Jesus is shown not only as the Bridegroom, but as the conquering King, riding in righteousness to judge and make war. This is the same Savior we worship, and His return is not symbolic—it is certain.
That truth should shape how we live right now.
If Christ is truly returning, and if eternity is truly at stake, then the opportunities in front of us matter more than we often realize. Every conversation, every relationship, every moment becomes a chance to point someone toward the hope we have in Him. We don’t know how much time remains, but we do know that the mission is urgent.
So let this be an encouragement: be diligent. Look for opportunities to share the Gospel while we are able. Speak boldly, love intentionally, and live in a way that reflects the reality of what is coming. The celebration is ahead—but there is still work to be done.
Youth Announcements:
Camp is coming up June 22–26! The cost is $220 per student. We will have several fundraising opportunities available in the coming weeks to help offset the cost. If you would like to contribute or help sponsor a student, please feel free to get with me directly. We are excited about what God is going to do through this time!
In Christ,
