YOUTH MINISTRY UPDATE

Church Family,
We have two exciting events coming up for our students! On Friday, October 24, we’ll be hosting a Fifth Quarter Fellowship after the Cardinals football game. This will be a fun, Christ-centered evening with games, food, and fellowship—an opportunity for students to connect, build relationships, and enjoy time together in a safe and encouraging environment.

Looking ahead, mark your calendars for Purpose Weekend, happening November 22–23. This retreat will be a special time for students to step away from the daily routine, seek God together, and explore what it means to live with purpose and intentionality as followers of Christ. More details will be shared soon, but this is an event you won’t want to miss!

As we plan these events and pour into our students’ lives, we are reminded of the hope we have in Christ. 1 Peter 1:3–13 tells us that God has given us a new birth into a living hope, an inheritance that is imperishable, and a faith that is being tested for refinement. Our goal in youth ministry is not just to keep students busy, but to guide them toward that living hope—to help them understand that their faith is secure, precious, and active, even in a world full of challenges.
