MUSIC MOMENTS 3/17/2025

FBCBC Family,
Bro. Keith has been telling us for quite some time now that “Something Good is about to happen.” We incorporated that thought as a theme for the year 2025. We sang, and continue to sing, about “Something Good.” We are on the look-out for that “Something Good.” There’s an excitement as we patiently wait, as we long for “Something Good” to become something even better than we could ever imagine. Great is His Faithfulness to us!

Summer and winter, and springtime and harvest,
Sun, moon and stars in their courses above
Join with all nature in manifold witness;
To Thy Great Faithfulness, mercy and love.
Great is Thy Faithfulness! Great is Thy Faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see;
All I have needed Thy Hand hath provided;
Great is Thy Faithfulness, Lord, unto me.
When we think about His Faithfulness to us, it has to cause us to think about “OUR” faithfulness to Him. “Faithfulness” as defined in the 1828 Webster’s Dictionary is fidelity; loyalty, and adherence to allegiance and duty; as the faithfulness of a subject. Truth; veracity; as the faithfulness of God. We know about His Faithfulness to us, but what about our faithfulness to Him…Strict adherence to injunctions, and to the duties of a station; as the faithfulness of servants or ministers.

Ouch…OK… I get it! How faithful am I to Him?
