FOR EVERY TIME THERE IS A SEASON…ECCLESIASTES 3:1-8
I love that there is a Scripture to turn to for every time in our lives.  God has gifted me with many years on His earth and many experiences that has molded and shaped me into hopefully someone He can continue to use in the spreading of His gospel, a desire of my heart.

I wasted a lot of years chasing the wrong things and he was so patient with me and extended so much grace and mercy to bring me closer to Him.    

Another desire of my heart, which I know you all share with me, is that my children and grandchildren totally commit their lives to the Lord and surrender to His will for them.  I see this happening and pray God will continue to reach them through His Word.  

God placed me at the First Baptist Church of Bridge City for “such a time as this” to use me to help further the gospel message to the community.  I am thankful for this time and the way He showed me how to place myself in His hands in the leading of songs of worship, in writing an article or showing love to our church family. 
 
I am far from perfect, but I know that God is, and He is the One who will guide me in whatever He has for me next.
“The Lord says, I will guide you along the best pathway for your life.  I will advise you and watch over you.” Psalms 32:8

I am thankful for each one of you for the encouragement and love you showed in the endeavors we made to spread the gospel of Christ through the music ministry at our church.

I love you all very much and am overwhelmed at this moment with the Lord and His love.
